Our journey, like many BBQ establishments, started with a deep passion for our craft, a desire to delight our customers' taste buds, and a genuine love for exceptional barbecue. We've shared our delicious flavors throughout Houston, Texas, and the surrounding areas by catering various events.
We're thrilled to announce that our food will now be available every Sunday at our new Food Truck located at 6700 Travis St. @ Southgate Blvd., just a short walk from Texas Children's Hospital.

Tameka Wilson
Founder, Pitmaster & Caterer
Tameka Wilson established Cater's Creation in response to the rising demand for her competition-quality slow-smoked meats and side dishes, which she often made for family, friends, and their acquaintances at various special events.
Now, alongside her sons, Andre and Joerale, the business is expanding quickly as they bring their smoky, flavorful dishes to the public, stationed in the vibrant medical district of Houston, TX on the corner of 6700 Travis St. @ Southgate Blvd.
Ruby Wilson
Caterer & Wait Staff
Ruby Wilson serves as the inspiration behind the passion for cooking that sparked the creation of Cater's Creation.
Years ago, she began selling plates to construction workers and catering events to support her family, showcasing increasingly inventive and delicious dishes. Her cooking has always infused life and joy into those who enjoyed her meals. Today, she continues to pour that love into the time-honored recipes at's Creation!
Andre Reynolds
Pitmaster & Caterer
Andre Reynolds is a talented young pitmaster who has refined his pit and catering skills over the years, learning from his Master Pitmaster mother, Tameka Wilson.

C. Michelle Walker consistently demonstrates a remarkable combination of warmth, hospitality, and leadership. Joerale Reynolds
Jr. Pitmaster
Joerale Reynolds collaborates with his Master Pitmaster and Caterer mother, Tameka Wilson, along with his brother, Andre Reynolds. While excelling in his high school studies, he is also making significant contributions to the family business.
